By purchasing a chameleon from us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We offer a live arrival guarantee. You will be required to be home and sign for your package in order to receive the live arrival guarantee. If you are not there to sign for your chameleon your guarantee is null and void. If you are picking up your chameleon at a Fedex Hub you must pick up your chameleon within 6 hours of them becoming available or your guarantee is null and void. All times are determined by the Fedex Tracking System.
We will always be in contact with you before shipping. We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays with Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping. This has them arrive on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Provided there is no extreme weather or holiday we can typically ship on any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after your chameleon is old enough. We will work with you to get a delivery that will fit your schedule. We will provide you with their tracking information.
The vast majority of places will have your chameleon arriving by 10:30am. Some rural locations can have a later arrival time. Having your chameleon held at a Fedex Hub is also an option. You will need to pick your chameleon up within 6 hours of arrival at a hub or your live arrival guarantee will be null and void.
7 Day Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the health of your chameleon within 7 days of delivery please contact us to arrange a return shipment and replacement. If you believe there is a health concern we must be notified within 7 days of arrival of the issue to honor your warranty. Accidental deaths and negligence are not covered by our 7 day guarantee. This guarantee does not cover mysterious deaths, poor care, or improper husbandry. We do require photographs of your setup and a description of your supplements, lighting, feeding, and misting prior to any refund / replacement should your chameleon pass during this period of time. We retain the right to void any guarantee should we feel the cause of death was poor care on the part of the new owner. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of your chameleon in the event of a refund/replacement.
Deposits / Reservations
We will not hold a chameleon for any reason until a deposit had been paid. Your remaining balance is always due before shipping. Deposits are applied to the total price of your chameleon. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We guarantee you will receive the sex of chameleon that you ordered. If for some reason a mistake has been made we will provide you with a replace chameleon of the proper sex.
